Teagarden Jazz Camp Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment of tuition for the SacJEF Teagarden Jazz Camp is due by July 15th.  Tuition may be paid in installments, as long as the final payment is received by that date.

While we understand that plans can change suddenly, our camp is structured on small combo performance, and last-minute dropouts negatively impact the ability of other students to receive the full benefit of camp instruction.  Below is our cancellation refund policy.  Exceptions to this policy may be approved by the Camp Administration on an individual basis.

Cancellations received before June 15th are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received between June 15th and July 1st are eligible for a 50% refund
Cancellations after July 1st are not eligible for refund except at the discretion of SacJEF.
NOTE: $25 application fees are non-refundable.
